Like new K&M microphone stand used only in a home studio setting -- never on stage or the road. The three-piece stand extends from 26 1/2 to 59 1/2 inches (measured from the floor). The two-piece boom arm extends from 18 3/4 to 30 3/4 inches and has a wing nut clamp mechanism. I can't find model numbers on it, but I believe the stand is Baseline #199 and the boom arm is #21140. Very solid yet compact, with tripod base and steel construction. Only cosmetic issue is a half-inch-long scratch on one of the legs (see photo).
